Outlook messages stuck in outbox.
For my email setup I do not send immediately, the emails ready to send wait in the outbox until I click the "Send and receive all folders" shortcut I put on the Quick access bar. Using the menu-driven Send / Receive does not work on these emails either. When opening Outlook in Safe mode, the problem is solved.
